By accessing or using the grandmuseum.biz website or purchasing any product or service from Grand Museum FZ-LLC ("Grand Museum", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grand Museum FZ-LLC, a company registered in the DIFC, Dubai, UAE.
Grand Museum provides an online platform for booking museum entry tickets, guided tours, audio guide downloads, and VIP experience packages at cultural institutions in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. We act as an authorised reseller and booking agent for partner museums and sites. The contract for museum entry is between you and the relevant museum or site operator; our contract with you is for the provision of the booking service and, where applicable, the guided tour or audio guide.
All ticket prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include any applicable booking fees. Taxes may apply depending on your country of residence.
To complete a booking, you must provide accurate personal information and a valid payment method. By submitting a booking, you represent that all information provided is truthful and accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket or booking reference. Grand Museum reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Payment is processed at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards. All payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider. Grand Museum does not store full card details.
Upon successful booking, you will receive an e-ticket by email. This e-ticket contains a unique QR code that must be presented (digitally or printed) at the museum entrance. E-tickets are valid only for the date, time, and attraction specified. Lost, stolen, or damaged e-tickets may be reissued upon verification of purchase — please contact [email protected]. Grand Museum is not responsible for entry refusal due to visitor failure to present a valid ticket, arrival outside the booked time slot, or visitor breach of the relevant museum's own rules and regulations.
Guided tours are provided subject to guide availability on the requested date. In the event that your booked guide is unavailable due to illness, personal emergency, or force majeure, Grand Museum will endeavour to provide an equally qualified substitute guide. If no suitable substitute is available, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund. Audio guides are delivered as digital downloads. Once downloaded, audio guide files are non-returnable except in cases of technical fault — see our Refund Policy for details.
Please refer to our Refund Policy (available at grandmuseum.biz/legal/refund.php) for full details of cancellation and refund terms. In summary: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the visit date are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. Date changes are permitted free of charge with more than 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
By booking with Grand Museum, you agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the museums and sites you visit, including those relating to dress code, photography, behaviour, and conservation of heritage. You agree not to damage, deface, or remove any object, artefact, or material from any site. Grand Museum reserves the right to exclude from future bookings any visitor found to have breached these obligations or behaved in a manner disrespectful to other visitors, staff, or the cultural heritage of the sites visited.
All content on the grandmuseum.biz website — including text, images, audio recordings, logos, and design elements — is the property of Grand Museum FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Audio guides purchased are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only — sharing, redistribution, or commercial use of audio guide files is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Museum's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Grand Museum is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; losses arising from factors outside our reasonable control (including museum closures, natural events, government restrictions, or force majeure); personal injury or property damage at museum sites (which are the responsibility of the site operator); or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you at the time of booking.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Grand Museum reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email.
